摘要: We have identified the oncogene and putative transforming protein of Parodi-Irgens feline sarcoma virus (PI-FeSV). The PI-FeSV is defective needs a helper for its replication. v-onc sequences in were found to be related v-sis simian (SSV). nonproducer cells express two viral RNAs, 6.8-and 3.3-kilobase RNA. 6.8-kilobase RNA contains gag, sis, env but lacks pol gene. RNA, on other hand, only sequences. detected one leukemia virus-related product these cells, namely, 76-kilodalton which determinants gag proteins p15 p30. been located near 5' end genome. Taken together, results imply that p76 both sis probably this virus. In contrast, SSV are towards 3' genome, thought expressed via subgenomic therefore use different schemes their onc-related contain restriction sites reflect origin SSV. homologous oncogenes thus transduced by retroviruses, sarcoma-associated virus, apparently from genomes species.
