摘要: In recent years we have witnessed a revolution in the understanding of mechanisms which regulate mammalian cell growth. This applies both to normal cells, growth is tightly controlled, as well cancer divide an uncontrolled fashion. With advent molecular biology number genes been identified whose products are involved regulating parallel research 40–60 that capable inducing transformed phenotype and termed “on-cogenes” identified. It now clear control on one hand oncogenes other largely same. Although unequivocal evidence for this notion was obtained only recently, concept itself emerged gradually beginning with discovery viral (v-onc genes) fact these represent cell-derived sequences (termed protooncogenes, cellular oncogenes, or c-onc genes).
