摘要: We have studied the expression of Quek1 and Quek2 (VEGFR-2 VEGFR-3, respectively) in quail embryos from day 2 to 16 by situ hybridization with digoxigenin-labelled riboprobes on whole-mounts paraffin sections. Parallel sections were also stained QH1 antibody detect all endothelial cells an against α-smooth-muscle-actin reveal media blood vessels. Quek1/VEGFR-2 is a marker blood-vascular lymphatic throughout development. In 2-day-old embryos, it expressed intra-embryonic vascular plexus, (most probably angioblasts) located paraxial head mesoderm somites, caudo-laterally Hensen’s node. Thereafter, until about 9, cells. Cells positive negative for can later be found within same vessel. additionally Occasionally, some non-endothelial cell types express Quek1. Quek2/VEGFR-3 cells; however, its pattern differs that notochord plexus. Whereas are Quek2-positive 3-day-old subsequently reduced subset cells: arteries become Quek2-negative then limited few vessels appear lymphatic. Endothelial lymph nodes periaortal stages. A Quek2.
