摘要: We present the partial cloning and expression patterns of two putative growth factor receptor molecules named Quek1 Quek2 (for quail endothelial kinase) in chick embryos from gastrulation to embryonic day 9 (E9). show high homology three interrelated murine human genes, flk-1, KDR flt. In situ hybridization sections avian showed that they are both expressed essentially by cells, we identified with a monoclonal antibody (Mab) QH1 specific white blood cells quail. is mesoderm onset gastrulation, whereas message first detected on QH1-expressing cells. The pattern suggests it could identify precursor hematopoietic lineages, hemangioblast. not all throughout life. At E9, after initial phase vasculogenesis, these genes switched off various compartments network.
