摘要: Summary Introduction Heat shock proteins (HSPs) are expressed or overexpressed in response to exposure stress. They act as molecular chaperones, ensuring the correct folding of numerous client proteins. HSP90 is one most conserved HSPs. Its role extends beyond stress tolerance. also contributes development, differenciation, apoptosis and oncogenesis. Numerous tumors associated with an overexpression this expression can be used evaluate its metastatic capacity. Primordial germ cells (PGCs) exhibit under normal conditions. PGCs arise early development migrate by a combination passive active movements towards gonads. The aim work was study impact inhibition on migration PGCs. Geldanamycin, well established inhibitor potent antitumor properties achieve inhibition. Materiel methods 5 mg Geldanamycin were administered E8 pregnant mice. E17 embryos removed fixed for staining Immunohistochemistry anti-HSP90 anti-VASA antibodies. Results Geldanamycin-treated mouse exhibited less VASA-immunopositive compared non-treated ones. These results suggest that geldanamycin administration at time reduces number VASA stainings identical. We therefore idea could reliable marker
