摘要: Maximum entropy principle (MEP) analysis with few non-zero effective interactions successfully characterizes the distribution of dynamical states pulse-coupled networks in many fields, e.g., neuroscience. To better understand underlying mechanism, we found a relation between structure, i.e., MEP analysis, and anatomical coupling structure it helps to how sparse could lead coding by interactions. This quantitatively displays is closely related structure.
