摘要: This study investigated the anti-insulin resistant activity of red pitaya (Hylocereus polyrhizus) fruit. Fresh along with two heat-processed samples different proportions phenolic contents, scavenging activities, and soluble dietary fibers were tested in insulin rats over 6 weeks treatment a cause-effect to investigate components pitaya. The results showed that fresh significantly (p < 0.05) attenuated resistance, hypertriglyceridemia atherosclerotic changes induced by fructose supplement rats. Thermally-treated at 95 °C for 30 min (containing low antioxidant content) improved hyperinsulinemia. 105 60 fiber fed had no significant effect on dyslipidemia atherogenesis. Based this study, can be attributed its contents.
