摘要: In European science and technology policy, various styles have been developed institutionalised to govern the ethical challenges of innovations. this paper, we give an account most dominant past 30 years, particularly in Europe, seeking show their specific merits problems. We focus on three governance: a technocratic style, applied ethics public participation style. discuss deficits, use analysis assess potential recently established governance approach ‘Responsible Research Innovation’ (RRI). Based analysis, reflect current shaping RRI terms ‘doing governance’.
