摘要: An interesting aspect of Newcastle disease virus (NDV) is the ability to selectively replicate in tumor cells. Recently, using reverse genetics technology enhance oncolytic properties and therapeutic potential NDV for therapy has become popular immunocompetent carcinoma models. Expressing foreign genes by recombinant (rNDV-FG) been shown be more effective cancer preclinical studies. This paper provides an overview current studies on cytotoxic anti-cancer effects rNDV-FG via direct oncolysis immune stimulation. Safety as a agent immunotherapy virotherapy also discussed.
