摘要: Lupus anticoagulant (LA) is a laboratory abnormality associated with the antiphospholipid syndrome. It paradoxical phenomenon in which one or more vitro diagnostic clotting tests are prolonged and thus seem due to an anticoagulant, whereas syndrome manifest clinically as inappropriate excessive thrombosis. LA should be suspected when thrombosis, recurrent fetal loss, phospholipid (PL)-dependent test present without other identifiable causes. Despite heterogeneity of antibodies, consensus has evolved identify LA. Four conditions must met for this diagnosis: 1) prolongation PL-based test, 2) confirmation inhibitor-like pattern 3) PL dependence coagulation tests, 4) exclusion specific factor inhibitor. Even extensive armamentarium diagnosis treatment, it still formidable task.
