摘要: Disclosed are novel nucleic acid and peptide compositions comprising methylthioadenosine phosphorylase (MTAP) methods of use for MTAP amino sequences DNA segments in the diagnosis human cancers development MTAP-specific antibodies. Also disclosed treatment tumors other proliferative cell disorders, identification tumor suppressor genes gene products from 9p21-p22 chromosome region. Such useful multiple types such as bladder cancer, lung breast pancreatic brain tumors, lymphomas, gliomas, melanomas, leukemias.
