摘要: Purpose Data on endometrial cancer outcomes among immigrant women in the USA are lacking. The objective was to determine effect of Caribbean nativity black with compared born USA, attention paid effects tumor grade, sociodemographic factors, and treatment approaches. Methods A review institutional registry performed identify black, non-Hispanic known treated for between 2001 2017. Sociodemographic, treatment, data were collected. Analyses done using χ2 test, Cox proportional hazards models, Kaplan–Meier method, significance set at P Results 195 included analysis. High grade histologies present a large proportion both US (64.5%) (72.2%) patients. Compared women, those more likely be non-smokers (P=0.01) uninsured (P=0.03). had cases stage III disease (27.8% versus 12.5%, Conclusions prevalence high is higher than previously reported. may associated improved overall survival although additional study warranted.
