摘要: Monocytes and lymphocytes from patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) had a higher cell surface expression of FasL than the corresponding cells healthy individuals. Inhibitors metalloproteases upregulated in peripheral blood (PBL), indicating that metalloprotease is responsible for cleavage FasL. The level sFasL serum was slightly increased patient group compared to controls. Therefore, possible contribution various mononuclear types release analyzed. Isolated NK T released into medium prevented by inhibitors metalloproteases. In contrast, isolated monocytes did not FasR elevated inverted CD4/CD8 ratio, while showed no relationship ratio. absence high distinguish lymphocytes/NK cells.
