摘要: The number of facilities in which customers make contact with cats before eating and drinking, called 'cat cafes', has recently increased Tokyo, Japan. In a survey to clarify the possibility zoonotic transmission Giardia duodenalis, infection rates G. duodenalis 321 stool samples from 16 cat cafes, 31 pet shops, Animal Care Consultation Center Tokyo were 19·1% (22/115), 1·2% (1/85), 2·5% (3/121), respectively. molecular analysis 26 isolates, 6 2 cafes belonged genotype assemblage A I, 20 other F. Moreover, phylogenetic glutamate dehydrogenase (GDH) triosephosphate isomerase (TPI) genes F isolates revealed major lineages. same cluster regard GDH gene; however, different 4 TPI gene. Therefore, risk humans is suggested because detection genotypes cafes.
