摘要: Abstract High-quality vanadium dioxide (VO2) thermochromic thin films were fabricated on ZnO/soda-lime glass via direct current magnetron sputtering at a low temperature of 320 °C. The ZnO polycrystalline film was used as buffer layer between substrate and VO2 to improve the property film. results XRD, Raman spectrum, SEM visible-infrared spectrum indicated that thickness has significant effect physical performances films. surface morphologies all can be divided into three groups by employing buffers with different thicknesses. (56 nm) exhibited weak crystallinity, phase solar energy modulability compared pristine sample. However, crystallinity switching efficiency noticeably increased further (thicker than 56 nm). calculated 235-nm thick is about 13.11%, which may beneficial in application for smart energy-efficient windows.
