摘要: The shaping of new blood vessels is a significant event in cancer growth and metastasis. Therefore, the molecular system angiogenesis has garnered considerable interest research. vascular endothelial factor (VEGF) VEGF receptor pathway are recognized as key regulators angiogenic process. Activation VEGF/VEGF-receptor initiates signaling cascades that promote cell growth, migration, differentiation. Recently, was shown to play role recruitment bone marrow-derived progenitor cells neovascularization sites. promoting tumor occurrence human cancers led rational design development agents selectively target this pathway. Moreover, these anti-VEGF/VEGF show therapeutic potential by inhibition preclinical models. In review, we summarize during angiogenesis.
