摘要: Background Graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) is a major barrier to successful allogeneic hematopoietic stem-cell transplantation (HSCT). The chemokine receptor CCR5 appears play role in alloreactivity. We tested whether blockade would be safe and limit GVHD humans.
