摘要: Abstract The paper proposes a method for tolerance analysis on planar structures and mechanisms. As generic assemblies, deviations functional requirement involving different parts are calculated from specifications individual part dimensions. For linkage the is usually position or orientation of given element (link, joint) with respect to fixed frame, solution problem has some additional difficulties such as correct treatment joint clearances. points out that, underconstrained exactly constrained linkages, can be treated by analogy force problem. static first introduced justified well-known concepts classical mechanics, then translated into calculation procedure that able evaluate propagation types dimensions (lengths links, diameters pins holes at joints), well linear angular actuators. Problems high complexity shown easily solvable proposed means available software tools structural frames trusses.
