摘要: A multidimensional slit-scan flow system was developed for the automated recognition of abnormal cells derived from cancer uterine cervix and its precursors. It provides great sensitivity in both ability to recognize cellular abnormality deal with myriad potential causes false alarms an system. While initial application spectrum neoplasia gynecologic cytology samples, a preliminary study carried out using specimens obtained urinary bladder. Cellular material collected by bladder irrigation stained fluorochrome acridine orange. One hundred fifty-three specimens, including 115 containing neoplastic lesions epithelium, were analyzed. For purposes this study, included following urothelium: dysplasia (atypical hyperplasia), carcinoma-in-situ, transitional cell carcinoma, grades 1–3. Approximately 50,000 analyzed most specimens. Of 38 presumed normal (specimens only urothelial components), four instrument classified abnormal. 69 grade 1, 1–2, 2, 66 correctly as while three normal. There no negatives 17 2–3, 3, or two carcinoma-in-situ. eight seven This has demonstrated utility components precursors present
