High iron concentration and pH change detected using statistics and geostatistics in crystalline basement equatorial region

摘要: To mitigate the disasters caused by consumption of poor quality water, World Health Organization (WHO) has established standards for testing drinking water that must be met. The purpose this study is to verify relevance these tests in crystalline basement aquifers equatorial areas. global analysis was conducted comparing measured concentration iron, calcium, pH change and other major ions 70 samples which were collected at different sites Centre Cameroun area with WHO standards. index estimated entire using block ordinary kriging technique. results show a high very or low pH, temperature values certain sites, exceeding sometimes standard values. Finally, shows control groundwater following always conducted.
