摘要: Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a valuable, noninvasive tool for understanding structural abnormalities in the brain. The M.I.N.D. Institute at UC Davis has developed protocol utilizing MRI to investigate anatomical differences post-mortem brain by applying proton density weighted sequence optimal image intensity (contrast) between gray and white matter. Images of obtained prior distribution tissue further neuropathological examination provide record how appeared processing. virtual representation whole can also be subjected additional analyses, such as measuring volume regions or area cortical surface. We describe our procedures carrying out human
