摘要: Purpose: MR imaging of post mortem brains has the potential to yield volumetric information and define extent structural changes prior pathological examination. Although standard T2-weighted clinical sequences have been used for examination formalin-fixed brains, these protocols may not optimum contrast. We examined effect varying durations formalin fixation on transverse relaxation time (T2) tissue spin density.Material Methods: Three were weekly during from unfixed state 35 days fixation.
