摘要: Abstract We study the effect of a magnetic field on Goos-Hanchen shifts in gaped graphene subjected to double triangular barrier. Solving wave equation separately each region composing our system and using required boundary conditions, we then compute explicitly transmission probability for scattered fermions . These wavefunctions are used derive terms different physical parameters such as energy, electrostatic potential strength field.
