摘要: The nearly complete amino-acid sequences of 22 closely related immunoglobulin κ variable (Vκ) regions from the inbred NZB mouse are presented. This group Vκ is encoded by at least six germline genes. These data also suggest that gene divided into three segments termed V or (residues 1 to 98 99), J joining 99 100 112) and C constant 113–219). Tonegawa et al. have recently described a similar segment for λ chains. Inbred mice contain multiple Jκ segments. Therefore, different combinations may be joined DNA level during differentiation individual lymphocytes contribute antibody diversity.
