摘要: To improve the efficiency of contour-parallel offset (CPO) roughing process, tool path interval is usually set greater than cutter radius. However, this will cause uncut regions in some corner area. Existing methods both literatures and commercial software remove by appending extra clear-up to local corners. In paper, we offer an alternative solution region problem from a global point view. The basic idea our first link all into then drive along regions. This formed three steps. Firstly, are detected expressed uncutlines. Secondly, uncutlines jointed several arcs based on level, angle, distance conditions. Finally, these further linked single curve according CPO centers. can be used as if proper feed speed set. Cutting experiments show that proposed works well real cutting environment machining process.
