摘要: In this paper we undertake the theoretical analysis of a two-stage semiconductor thermoelectric module (TEM) which contains an arbitrary and different number thermocouples, n1 n2, in each stage (pyramid-styled TEM). The is based on dimensionless entropy balance set equations. We study effects flowing electric currents through stage, applied temperatures properties materials exergetic efficiency. Our main result implies that must necessarily be with ratio about 4.3 if best thermal performance highest temperature difference possible between cold hot side device are pursued.
