摘要: We present ultra-high resolution optical coherence tomography (OCT) structural intensity and Doppler (ODT) flow velocity images of the human retina in vivo. The speed OCT system is based on Spectral Domain or Fourier technology, which provides a sensitivity advantage over conventional more than 2 orders magnitude. This improvement allows video rate ODT cross sectional imaging retinal structures. Images will be presented with axial resolutions 6 3.5 microns. observed small features inner outer plexiform layers, are believed to blood vessels. Flow showing pulsatile arteries veins.
