摘要: This report validates a technique of separating and labeling canine platelets using indium-1 1 llabeled 8-hydroxyquinoline (Yn-8-HQ). Platelet survival time in six normal dogs was 6.3 ? 0.7 (SD) days. Labeling effisiency this 51.8 + 9.2% (SEM) elution loss 11LIn-8-HQ label from consistently less than 4%. Vn offers no observable advantages over the more traditional Wr for platelet studies. However, high efficiency --y-emission characteristics “‘In-8-HQ make it suitable noninvasive clot localization patients with early pulmonary emboli peripheral venous thrombi. Radioisotopic measurement thrombokinetics has provided important information regarding thrombocytopenias related hematologic disorders [5, 12, 13, 20, 211. More recently, vivo studies have found wider application many clinical areas including atherosclerotic vascular disease, fate arterial bypass grafts [24-261, investigation arterial, venous, [lo, 11, 171. The present study undertaken to validate efficacy l-labeled &hydroxyquinoline. Indium 111 (“‘In) can be complexed easily lipophilic compound (S-HQ). When used as studies, radioisotope several labels such chromium 5 radiochromate (51Cr)28 newer technetium 99m (ggmTc) pertechnetate oxine complex [28, 301.
