摘要: Emergence of DS-1-like-G1P[8] rotavirus in Asia have been recently reported. We report for the first time detection and whole genome phylogenetic analysis strains America. From 2013 to 2017, a total 4226 fecal samples were screened by ELISA, PAGE, RT-PCR sequencing. G1P[8] represented 3.7% (30/800) all rotavirus-positive samples. comprised 1.6% (13/800) detected exclusively 2013, Wa-like-G1P[8] 2.1% (17/800) from 2015. Whole sequencing confirmed DS-1-like backbone I2-R2-C2-M2-A2-N2-T2-E2-H2. All segments Brazilian clustered with those Asian strains, apart African strains. In addition, reassortants distantly simultaneously circulating country, suggesting that are likely imported Asia. Two distinct NSP4 E2 genotype lineages also identified, indicating existence co-circulating pool different Surveillance systems must be developed examine if RVA vaccines still effective prevention against unusual
