摘要: There are different parameters which can affect electrochemical reactions such as type of electrolyte, velocity, temperature, oxidizing agents, impurities, anode material and surface treatment. It has been shown that pre-treatment working electrode (anode) through abrasion techniques is one the most important affecting on Tafel slopes consequently corrosion rate. Surface roughness metal a major influence general corrosion, nucleation metastable pitting potential well.In this study roughnesses were created nickel by SiC papers properties compared. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) profilometry tests carried out all samples results compared with another sample prepared laser ablation method. Corrosion rate values calculated EIS for trend in effect protection was introduced. SEM 3D images taken before after tests. Different mechanisms distinguished methods.
