摘要: Recently a surface plasmon polariton (SPP) source based on an electrically operated semiconductor laser has been demonstrated. Here we present numerical investigation of the light-SPP coupling process involved in device. The problem consists via diffraction grating between dielectric waveguide mode – and SPP mode. issue efficiency is discussed, dependence various geometrical parameters both studied detail.
