摘要: Implementation of lung cancer CT screening programs will increase the incidence pulmonary nodules and require multidisciplinary efforts for devising appropriate treatment plans. The role thoracic surgeon is paramount in leading discussion shaping strategies. Management screen-detected differ from conventional given their smaller size, varied histologies potentially indolent growth. Here we present a brief overview surgeon’s perspective on clinical evaluation, diagnostic tests surgical approach to these setting comprehensive program.
