摘要: With the advent of cancer stem cell hypothesis, field research has experienced a revolution in how we think and approach cancer. The discovery “brain tumor cells” offered an explanation for several long-standing conundrums on why brain tumors behave way they do to treatment. Despite great amount that been done order understand molecular aspects malignant gliomas, prognosis remains dismal. slow progress extending survival patients with CNS neoplasms is very likely due poor understanding origin these tumors. This review article discusses our cells as cancers. We different proposed mechanisms may originate, intracellular pathways disrupted pathogenesis BTSCs, markers used identify initiation progression, finally clinical implications this research.
