C3: internet-scale control plane for video quality optimization

摘要: As Internet video goes mainstream, we see increasing user expectations for higher quality and new global policy requirements content providers. Inspired by the case centralizing network-layer control, present C3, a control system optimizing delivery. The design of C3 addresses key challenges in ensuring scalability tackling data plane heterogeneity.
