摘要: Abstract Solution processed thin chalcogenide films have attracted noteworthy attention due to the simplicity and thus low cost of applicable deposition techniques (e.g. spin-coating). In presented work we demonstrate possibility modify composition by altering source glass solution, which significantly improves tailoring potential solution based films. Thin As30S70 specular optical quality were prepared from As40S60 bulk pure elemental sulfur spin-coating method. The is also commercially available as AMTIR-6. Optical properties, thickness, chemical resistance, structure studied in dependence on annealing temperature. Results compared with properties same standard procedure glass. Different thermo-induced structural transformations observed both sets samples resulting very similar after thermal stabilization at 120 °C.
