摘要: Soil was spiked with [9-C-14]phenanthrene and [1-C-14]hexadecane at 50 mg kg(-1) aged for 1, 25, 50, 100 250 d. At each time point, the microcosms were amended aqueous solutions of cyclodextrin (HP-beta-CD) a range concentrations (0-40 mM). Mineralisation assays HP-beta-CD extractions performed to assess effect amendments on microbial degradation. The results showed that had no significant impact degradation either C-14-contaminants. Further, correlated mineralisation target chemicals in soil conditions. It found extraction able predict soils which not been cyclodextrin; however, containing there predictive relationship. Under conditions this study, introduction HP-beta-CD, into did enhance biodegradation organic contaminants. (C) 2009 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
