摘要: High endogenous hormone levels have been associated with breast cancer and dietary factors the potential to influence risk through effects on levels. Dietary patterns derived from reduced rank regression provide a way identify food groups correlated hormones subsequently examine that may be risk. We investigated whether pattern previously estradiol estrone sulfate was in prospective Swedish Mammography Cohort. Among 37,004 primarily postmenopausal women diet assessed frequency questionnaire. Cox proportional hazard models were used calculate ratios (HRs) 95% confidence intervals (95% CIs). During 15 years of follow-up 1,603 cases identified. A higher estrogen score an increased cancer. Women highest quartile had 29% CI = 1.08-1.55) compared lowest (p(trend) 0.006). When association examined by estrogen-receptor status, it only significant for those estrogen-receptor-positive tumors; however, competing analysis there no differences effect estimates receptor subtype (p(heterogeneity) 0.65). Our findings suggest increase However, this is direct deserves further study.
