摘要: Objective To evaluate the hypothesis that patients with schizophrenia who have been treated neuroleptics a high rate of Alzheimer's disease-like neuropathology. Method Neuropathological studies indicating presence or absence neuropathology in postmortem brains schizophrenia, normal comparison subjects, and subjects had affective disorder were evaluated Mantel-Haenszel chi-square odds ratio analyses.
