摘要: A change in conceptual thinking about the pathogenesis of schizophrenia has occurred over past decades. It is now hypothesized that disorder its origin on brain developmental neuropathology. The so-called neurodevelopmental hypothesis proposes related to adverse conditions leading abnormal development during pre- or postnatal period. This consequently leads long-term changes structure and malfunction, predisposing term functional deficits symptoms respond antidopaminergic drugs (Weinberger 1996).
