摘要: Abstract A poly-sulfone hollow-fiber membrane bioreactor system was designed and used in the bioconversion process of acrylonitrile to acrylamide, which a new strategy separation coupled with presented. The characteristics filtration evaluated arcylamide from acrylnitrile carried out using free resting cells as biocatalyst replace immobilized original reacting system. results showed that continued over 5 h without renewing containing 10% (v/v) fermentation broth at 20 °C. conversion rate acrylamide productivity were 99.9% 20.67 g/gcell h, respectively, much higher than those biocatalyst. Therefore, this has favorable foundation for industrial application due its high efficiency ability continuously produce acylamide cells.
