摘要: Growing number of long intergenic noncoding RNAs (lincRNAs) have recently been identified in mammals as new modulators cancer origination and progression involved a broad range biological processes. Long RNA POU3F3 (linc-POU3F3) has characterized highly conserved functional transcription regulator esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. The contributions this lincRNA to glioblastoma remain unknown. In present study, we investigated the expression pattern role linc-POU3F3 glioma by using real-time PCR gain-/loss-of-function studies. results revealed that levels were extraordinarily associated with tumor WHO grade. related biochemical assays, overexpression promotes viability proliferation cells, whereas knockdown showed opposite effect. As expected, also found was negatively correlated mRNA level (the evolutionarily neighbor gene linc-POU3F3). Our indicate might affect development via altering POU3F3, lead us believe may crucial regulatory progression.
