摘要: Abstract Extracellular matrix (ECM) remodeling is necessary for a health adipose tissue (AT) expansion and also has role during weight loss. We investigate the ECM alteration cycling (WC) in mice of metalloproteinases (MMPs) was assessed using GM6001, an MMP inhibitor, loss (WL). Obesity induced by high-fat diet. Obese were subject to caloric restriction WL followed reintroduction diet regain (WR), resulting WC protocol. In addition, treated with GM6001 period effects observed after WR. Activity expression MMPs intense WL. inhibition results inflammation collagen content reduction. interferes subsequent AT improvements local systemic metabolic alterations obesity. Our suggest that could be interesting target improve support cyclers.
