摘要: IN the course of investigations into metabolism phospholipids by nervous tissue, it was observed that lysolecithin had a very marked clearing action on aqueous homogenates whole rat brain. The haemolytic this compound has been studied fairly extensively (see Collier1), and its effects isolated liver mitochondria have also recently investigated (Nygaard, Dianzani Bahr2), but there appear to be no reports suspensions tissues.
