摘要: Context and objective: Acne vulgaris, an inflammatory skin disease with different clinical appearances, is a common problem in most adolescents. It seems that using combinations of topical agents can decrease resistance to the treatment improve efficacy. Therefore, we evaluated effects azelaic acid (AA) 5% clindamycin (Clin) 2% combination (AA-Clin) on mild-to-moderate acne vulgaris.Materials methods: The efficacy safety 12-week AA-Clin patients facial vulgaris were by multicenter, randomized, double-blind study. A total 88 male 62 female randomly assigned one these treatments: AA 5%, Clin 2%, them.
