Avascular necrosis in HIV-infected patients receiving antiretroviral treatment: study of seven cases.

摘要: AbstractPurpose: We analyzed clinical, radiological, scintigraphical, epidemiological, and immunological data in a group of HIV-infected patients with osteonecrosis. Method: The first case was diagnosed June 1997, 6 more were identified thereafter among 1,650 attended (0.36%). Mean age 37.6 years (33-46), all men.
