摘要: Ovary development appears to be under polygenic control, and is influenced by multiple genetic factors that may vary from organism organism. To gain a better insight into the molecular mechanisms of carp ovary development, Suppression Subtractive Hybridization (SSH) DNA libraries in two species Yellow River were analyzed. Primordial gonads stage II ovaries used as testers, adult drivers. One hundred fifty differentially-expressed candidate genes examined Southern blot microarray hybridization. We identified 41 PG (Primordial gonad) library 37 library. Gene Ontology Biological Pathway analysis showed involved signal transduction, proteolysis process, cell differentiation, TGF-β other biological responses. Twenty-two selected further characterized using qRT-PCR. Pvalb, epd, MYH found specifically expressed PG, while bmp2b, desmin fp1 ovary. Our results indicate these could biomarkers early This finding will provide basis for understanding complex gonad developmental carp.
