摘要: The intestinal barrier function contributes to gut homeostasis by modulating absorption of water, electrolytes, and nutrients from the lumen into circulation while restricting passage noxious luminal substances microorganisms. Chronic conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease are associated dysfunction. Here, hypothesis is that a leaky wall allowing for indiscriminate intraluminal compounds vascular compartment could in turn lead systemic inflammation. An increasing number studies now investigating association between permeability CNS disorders, under premise translocation contents affect function, either directly or indirectly. Still, it unknown whether disruption causative agent consequence these situations. we discuss latest evidence pointing an increased disrupted behavioral responses.
