Facile preparation of micron- and nano-scale textured master for nano-imprinting front electrode in thin-film silicon tandem cells with improved light trapping

摘要: This paper reports a facile method to prepare textured surface with combined micron- and nano-scale features, which is used as master for nano-imprinting process obtain transparent front electrodes in thin-film silicon tandem cells. The features of the are formed by combination SiO2 sphere pre-deposition ZnO growth. exhibits an averaged total transmittance value 89.7% haze 54.1% wavelength from 380 1100 urn. Comparing flat reference cell, Si cell deposited on superstrate prepared using this shows substantial decrease reflectance at long wavelengths drastic gain photocurrent bottom maximum summed current enhanced 35.5%, convert efficiency improved 8% 10.0 +/- 0.3%.
