摘要: An efficient method to prepare 1-chloroalkynes was investigated. The involved the use of readily available terminal alkynes and a catalytic amount silver salt with N-chlorosuccinimide as chlorinating agent under mild conditions. Compared existing process, this has broad substrate scope: 19 examples were explored, products obtained in excellent yields easily isolated by vacuum distillation. Moreover, recycling catalyst achieved simple filtration desiccation, which made more economic environmentally benign.
