摘要: Selectiveness of the laser processing is top-most important for applications technology in thin-film electronics, including photovoltaics. Coupling energy multilayered structures, depending on photo-physical properties layers and wavelength was investigated experimentally theoretically. Energy coupling within thin films highly depends film structure. The finite element two-temperature models were applied to simulate temperature distributions inside stack different a solar cell during picosecond irradiation.
